Terms of use

Silver Media Network Publishing is an internal utility for authorised operators managing SMN’s own YouTube channels. It is not offered as a public service and has no public registration, subscription or pricing plan.

Authorised use

Use requires the account owner’s permission, the applicable Google OAuth consent and authority for the specific content and operation. Access to the utility does not grant permission to use another account, publish unapproved work, change ownership or override existing content rights.

YouTube and Google

The utility uses YouTube API Services. By using this API client, users agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Applicable YouTube API Services Terms of Service and developer policies also apply. Google and YouTube retain control of their services, permissions, quotas and availability. This utility is not made by, affiliated with or endorsed by Google or YouTube.

Content and account control

Owners remain responsible for authorising their content, metadata, disclosure and release choices. The utility transfers supplied originals and records their native IDs; a successful upload is not a claim that a video is public. Any deletion or modification must be authorised for the exact content concerned.

Availability and access

API or browser behaviour, processing, limits and service availability may change. Continuous availability is not promised. Owners can stop using the utility and revoke access through Google Account permissions.

Privacy and support

The privacy notice describes access, processing, storage, revocation and deletion. Authorised owners can contact the SMN operator through their existing communication channel or the support contact shown on the Google authorisation screen.
